【岗位职责】：

l配合销售团队，负责压铸脱模润滑剂等压铸耗材在所负责区域的产品应用、试产、问题分析、客户生产技术改进等全面技术服务，做好售前、售中、售后服务技术支持和维护支持；

l协助销售团队对客户现场状况和问题或客户投诉的分析、处理，解决客户各类压铸产品的相关技术问题.

l负责为区域客户进行技术类讲解和产品应用介绍，指导和培训现场人员对产品的正常应用和维护。

l完成各类技术报告。

【岗位要求】：

l为人诚实可靠、品行端正，有优秀的职业道德;

l年龄30岁以上, 中专以上学历, 化工、压铸、机械、材料成型等专业优先考虑。

l5年以上压铸一线生产经验，熟悉压铸现场操作和工艺要求，有汽车件压铸经验优先；

l有压铸脱模剂等化工耗材、压铸设备等压铸工业相关配套产品的售后技术服务工作经验者优先；

l具备良好的团队协作精神和敬业精神，热爱技术服务工作；

l      能承受较强的工作压力, 能适应经常出差；

l有一定沟通协调能力，能够快速反应客户提出的问题并寻找解决方案；

l能熟练应用Office软件来完成各类技术报告；

l有驾照优先考虑；

Position ：Techincal Engineer - Die Casting (East China/ North China/ South China/ South West China)

【Main Responsibilities】:

lCooperate and assist sales team with full technical support, including the product application, production trial, problem analysis and productivity improvement project implement and all other relative technical service and support before during and after sales.

lAssist sales team to find and analyze problems existing in customer’s production and make the necessary technical analysis and provide all kinds of professional technical solutions against customer complaint or requests.

lImplement the training program and introduce the new product application to the customers; train the operators on site how to apply and maintain with our products correctly.

lComplete all kinds of technical reports.

【Position Requiring】:

lHonest and reliable, well-conducted, excellent professional ethics.

l30 year-old or above, technical secondary school educated or above, majored in die casting, machinery, material, metal working & chemical engineering is preferred.

lOver 5 year working experience in die casting production, technical engineering or quality control, know very well about the die casting procedure and quality requirements; working experience with auto-parts is preferred.

lRelative after sales service working experience for die casting chemical materials such as die release, die casting machines and equipments and tools, etc., is preferred.

lGood team player and responsibility; Enjoy technical support work.

lGood anti-pressure ability. Committed to frequently traveling.

lBe able to respond quickly to the technical problems and requests raised by customers and find out the effective solutions.

lBe able to provide technical reports with MS office software.

lDriving License is preferred.
