我公司主要生产铝合金、锌合金等材质精密铸件 ，基础年产量为一亿元人民币，公司引进MES/ERP/PLM等管理系统，实现现代化管理。本公司拥有高精度力劲压铸机数台，镗床、线切割、电脉冲、万能磨、加工中心等模具配套设施一应俱全，车、铣、刨等各类金加工生产设备100多台，种种各类技术人员16名，从模具设计，开发到压铸，金加工至产品出厂已形成一条龙生产能力。
多年来，我公司已成为小天鹅股份有限公司专业生产洗衣机滚轮支架的优秀配套企业，其行星轮架的产量占居全国的80%并以其优良的品质称道。先后与浙江三星，安徽聚隆等海尔一级供应商配套，并与苏州日精仪器配套。 2005 年元月，我公司和世界 500 强之一麦格纳唐纳利（上海）汽车系统有限公司取得合作，生产汽车配件，产品质量受到其质检部门的一致好评。
我公司拥有超过230台设备，包括CNC加工中心、EDM电火花成型机床在内的数十台精密机床,10台各种类型的压铸机。并且有各种先进的检测设备如：直读光谱仪、红外线测温仪、拉力机, 三坐标测量仪等。
